About Us

Lumiere Designs is owned and operated by designer/artist Andrea Pope,
assisted by David LaRocque and Elizabeth "Lizzy" Clarke, both in production,
and Ryk Narell in web design.
The studio has recently moved as of Sept.1st, 2002, part of a finanacial journey we hope
will eventually lead to a storefront location. Stay tuned, this could happen soon.

History

The company began in 1986, with an evolving line of jewelry based in glass. However,in 1993, Andrea's self taught metal skills generated a new direction based on a very modern fresh approach to the 3000 yr. old Celtic 'torque'. By adding asymmetry, semi-precious stones, pearls and rhinestones, to a flexible muti-media metal base finished in silver or gold, an old concept became entirely new.
